1989: Founded Centre of Industrial Electricity – the precursor of 3C Engineering  

1999: Officially established as the first company in Vietnam manufacturing low & medium voltage switchboards.

2000-2001: Implementing the ISO 9001:2000.

2004: Becoming the first technology licensee of Schneider Electric for manufacturing MV metal clad switchgears (NEX Merlin Gerin)

2005:Invest in new factory in Bac Ninh Province (300 MV panels/yr and 1,000 LV panels/yr), in addition to existing plant capacity.

2006: Opening new factory in January 2006

Export USD 1.2 Million of NEX switchgears to Indochina countries

2007: Achieving USD 7,5 million of turnover

2008: Upgrading metal sheet  processing with CNC and laser technologies
